Hi, I’m Jaynée, Health and Fitness Coach, longevity advocate, and founder of LifebyJaynée. For over 20 years, I’ve guided women to feel stronger, more confident, and deeply connected to their bodies through a blend of strength training, lifestyle medicine, and mindful coaching.

I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science and am a Certified Lifestyle and Wellness Coach through Harvard Medical School. These credentials, paired with extensive experience in modalities like TRX. Kettlebells, Mat Pilates, and flexibility training, allow me to create truly personalized programs that meet you where you are and evolve with you.

My own journey from a lifetime of athletics to navigating multiple abdominal surgeries caused by fibroids reshaped my understanding of wellness. It’s not about perfection; it’s about resilience, longevity, and cultivating habits that sustain you through every season of life.

Through private training (in-person or virtual) and lifestyle coaching, I help women 40+ reclaim their energy, build strength from the inside out, vitality and joy for the long run.
